Founded in 2008 by Diane Superville and Maria Estevez, Fashion for Charity’s goal is to strive to raise money for other non-profit organizations in need of financial support in fulfilling their own unique causes, focusing on providing assistance to children and women in the local community. Fashion for Charity supports these causes by organizing events and mobilizing the fashion industry to support the community through proceeds raised in doing fashion events. Over the past three years, Fashion for Charity has raised more than 30k though these events and these proceeds have provided relief and dignity to local women and children, all victims of violence, abuse and neglect, and this year will support local victims of human trafficking.
