Tiger Woods’ ex-wife bulldozes $12 million home in Palm Beach

Elin Nordegren bought a $12 million home in North Palm Beach, Fla., but didn’t like it, and has plowed the whole thing.

Nordegren, 32, called in a team to tear down the six bedroom waterfront home to create her dream house.

The former model, who turned 32 on New Year’s Day, once lived with the iconic golfer in Orlando.

The Swedish blonde had snapped up the 9,000 sq ft beachfront property in the posh Seminole Landing enclave of Palm Beach after striking a reported $100 million divorce deal.

She told town planners in North Palm Beach the property wasn’t big enough for her and her family and has called in architects to design a new property.

The blonde ex-nanny has two children, four-year-old daughter Sam and two-year-old Charlie, with her former husband, is staying in a rented home while work is completed.

Workers have been asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and not reveal details of the work, according to celebrity website TMZ.com.

Nordegren divorced Woods in 2010 after it emerged that he had bedded a string of women during their five year marriage.

Her ex has yet to move into his home $54.5m that has been built in Jupiter and has remained at their former home in Orlando.

His number one mistress Rachel Uchitel, 36, is now married and expecting her first child with businessman Matt Hahn, 26.

Nordegren recently found love again with billionaire Jamie Dingman, whom she started dating in July.
