Although it’s currently open for dinner, Republique will eventually will add breakfast and lunch service.

Republique is a bakery, cafe and restaurant. It is a grand dining presentation from Walter and Margarita Manzke, who took over a year to finish the build out while drawing from what was once known as Campanile and the La Brea Bakery.
November 15th marked the soft-opening which accommodated 50 guests a night with reservations via OpenTable. The Manzkes are finalizing their dinner menu. The official debut, which will accept walk-ins and reservations, is Monday, November 25th.
Pick-up fresh baked loaves of boules and baguettes, along with tarts, crisps and bombolini, after your meal. Bon Appétit!
