Last year Petra Ecclestone, 23, dropped $85 million on Spelling Manor. Now her sister Tamara, 28, is rumored to be looking at an even more expensive home.
Straight across the street from Walt Disney‘s old property is the Fleur de Lys mansion at 350 N. Carolwood Drive in Bel Air‘s Holmby Hills.
The lavish Holmby Hills mansion has stuck to its record-setting $125 million price tag. The grandiose 4.25-plus acre estate is modeled after the Palace of Versailles and has been on the market since 2007.
The home is owned by philanthropist Suzanne Saperstein, has 12 bedrooms, 15 bathrooms, a ballroom, two kitchens, a massive movie theater, a pool, tennis courts, and a nine-car garage.
The British socialite also owns an historic 16,000 square foot estate in Kensington Palace Gardens that she bought for $70 million.
In 2011, the model starred in her own reality television show in the UK, Tamara Ecclestone: Billion $$$ Girl on Channel 5.
