Art Basel kicks off Chef Giorgio Rapicavoli’s month long pop-up bar.

We can’t wait to experience Giorgio Rapicavoli of Eating House and Chef Janice Wong of 2am Dessert Bar in Singapore‘s epicurean collaborative. Wong will create edible art installations that will hang on the walls. Drinking Room will offer small plates like carbonara croquetas and a signature ceviche.
Miami hot spot, Eating House was also introduced as a pop-up concept as by Rapicavoli and partner Alex Casanova. Astor is one of South Beach’s premiere boutique hotels, frequented by the chic elite and hip locals.
Drinking Room will be serviceable Tuesday, December 3 and will remain open daily through New Year’s Eve.
