Tiger Woods’ ex Elin Nordegren is quietly dating billionaire coal magnate Chris Cline.
The Swedish native, 33 and the owner of mining company Cline Resource and Development, 53, are next door neighbors in the posh North Palm Beach oceanfront community of Seminole Landing.
A West Virginia native, Chris Cline, who has made his money mining coal in Illinois and West Virginia, is worth a reported $1.2 billion.
Sources told the New York Post the pair have been “quietly dating since the holidays.”
Chris has been married twice and has four children with his previous wives. His first wife, Sabrina, died of breast cancer in 1987. He remarried in 1993 and then divorced seven years later.
Chris generally tries to stay out of the media spotlight, but he made headlines in September when he hosted a fundraiser Mitt Romney at his $10.5 million home. He has also attracted some attention over the years for hosting blowout parties with the Palm Beach elite on his 164-foot yacht named “Mine Games,” which boasts two formal dining rooms, a poolside bar and a hot tub. He also rents out the five-bedroom, five-bathroom ‘Mine Games’ for $265,000 per week.
Before reports that Elin and Chris were dating, it was rumored the former blonde model was rekindling her relationship with Tiger after the former couple was photographed together in public earlier this year.
The reports of Elin‘s new romance come nearly two months after The National Enquirer claimed that Tiger was trying to win back his ex by offering her a $200 million pre-nup.
Tiger Woods, 37, and Nordegren have two children together, Sam, 5, and Charlie, 3.
Since the split, Elin has also been romantically linked to businessman Jamie Dingman and Swedish hockey player Douglas Murray.
Meanwhile, Woods has been dating U.S. Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn. The pair spent last weekend together on Tiger‘s yacht named ‘Privacy.’
