Her event production & publicity prowess paired with her passion for perfection has made her one of the most in demand planners in the country.

After a decade of experience in Los Angeles, Rachael returned home to her native DC, founding RGI events & public relations in 2007; quickly garnering a nod from Washington Life Magazine in 2008 as one of the city’s premier firms. She repeated that recognition in 2009 and 2010 as well as being named to The Washington Business Journal’s Top 25 Meeting and Events Planners list in 2009 and 2010.

Rachael publishes frequent articles on the events industry and lends her expertise to various conferences, panels, roundtables and event hosting engagements on the subjects of event production & management, marketing, public relations & entrepreneurship. She is also the DC Philanthropy columnist for the DC Examiner. Rachael has served as the events chair for local non-profit Luke’s Wings since 2009 and is also heavily involved with The Washington Humane Society and the Alzheimer’s Association. When not in RGI’s Georgetown office you can find her in the gym as the coach of the nationally ranked Bishop O’Connell High School Varsity Cheerleading Squad. She resides in Arlington, Virginia with her boyfriend and English Bulldog, Chauncey, and is a proud member of the Washington Ballet Jete Society, The Smithsonian Young Benefactors, and The Trust for the National Mall’s L’Enfant Society, The Corcoran Gallery of Art’s 1869 Society and the International Special Events Society.
