Downsizing – the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is packing up her pink clothes and moving to her new, $10.2 million mansion. Pinky is still in the 90210.
Let’s take a look inside her new, 8,000-square-foot mansion. The five-bedroom, 8-bath house is still in Beverly Hills, and though Lisa told Radar Online that she wants to renovate, it comes with a two-story library, a chef’s kitchen, canyon views.
The new mansion costs $10 million which leaves her some cash after the sale of her last home, which went for $19 million. Pinky managed to shave almost $4 million from its original price tag.
The original listing was $13,995,000, Lisa plucked her new home from the market for a mere $10.2 million just over a week ago.
“It’s just Ken and me and it’s really too big for two people [50 Beverly Park Way]…I’m looking forward to my new house and landscaping it and of course decorating it. It’s going to be a lot of work but at the same time, a lot of fun.”
Located down a long, private driveway, the new house was custom built by Abramson Teiger, offers un-obstructed Benedict Canyon views and features extraordinary architectural details, including a two story library with polished French ebony wood, reverse painted glass, walnut floors, and exterior Yorkstone imported from England.
The elegant open plan incorporates a grand scale great room with gourmet chef’s kitchen, media room and a deluxe spa-like master suite with his and her baths.
Surrounded by mature oak trees that will naturally enhance privacy, the impeccably manicured two acre grounds create a relaxing setting.
With an indoor-outdoor feel that seamlessly encourages outdoor living, the property sports water elements and a large swimming pool.
