PGR Hospitality’s newest restaurant has quickly become one of Shaw’s best brunches
Over recent years, Shaw has transformed into a hip and cozy neighborhood, blooming with new restaurants, shops, and awesome dwelling spaces. PGR Hospitality’s newest restaurant, Declaration, debuted just a few months ago and has introduced a bottomless brunch menu that is sure to please.
Offering traditional breakfast with a twist, Presidential Flatbreads, and light fare for the health nuts, local brunch just got better. My absolute favorite dish is the Spring Frittata, loaded with delicious kale, lobster, fresh mushrooms, goat cheese, and asparagus. Since it’s all you can eat, I suggest balancing the salty with the sweet and going for the Griddle Old Fashioned Coffee Pancakes. I also love a good hearty and simple dish like the Declaration Breakfast. It includes home fries, bacon or sausage, eggs, and a homemade biscuit. The Yogurt and Granola serves a bit of a pleasant surprise with coffee yogurt, raspberry and dark granola.

If lunch at brunch fits your fancy, delight in their Kale Salad, dazzled with pears, squash, and pecorino cheese. Their brunch flatbreads are hot and fresh as well.Sunday brunch is an easy $40 and it lasts from 11am-3pm.
TIP: The selected brunch menu is unlimited and
so are the mimosas and bloody marys.

Call some friends, take a Sunday stroll, and head over to Declaration. The crowd is cool, the food is fantastic, and with a bottomless food and drink menu, this place will easily become your neighborhood favorite too.
