Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Renewed their Vows in a Lavish Ceremony

“A Wedding To Save The Relationship” InTouch claims the renewal of vows was an attempt to save their relationship which has been dysfunctional.

The glossy reports that despite Juicy Joe’s drunken bullying, Teresa refuses to leave him, instead opting for a second wedding.

The Giudices, who filed bankruptcy back in 2009 with over $11 million in debt, spared no expenses when it came to the fairy-tale-themed wedding, which included an odd surprise appearance by celebrity Kevin Jonas.

According to In Touch, Teresa’s big day featured everything from a horse-drawn carriage to a $25,000 Pnina Tornai wedding gown.

Teresa and her alcoholic husband, Joe also exchanged new rings described as “elegant bands” designed by Zaven Ghanimian, designer and creative director of Simon G. jewelry.

The couple chose a decadent five-tiered chocolate cake with vanilla buttercream from Spatula Sweets by Jessica Hagenbuch, which the girls devoured.

Floral designer Kenji Takenake for Noir Hanna International selected hydrangeas, garden roses and passion vine to create a lush and romantic ambiance.

Filmed as part of the upcoming RHONJ season 4, this entire event is the expense of Sirens Media. Just like any other television producers, they have location scouts, budgets and clever local feelers who negotiate and barter every last expense associated with their shows.

The way these deals usually work is that the venue is paid a nominal fee to cover food and beverages at cost, plus labor and tip expenses. And there is no way that fee was more than $25,000. And then everything else, including flowers, DJs, musicians, lighting and all clothing are donated by vendors who believe they’ll see a spark in business after the episode airs.

“I was just so happy… marriage means for better or for worse. We’ve been through a lot, and if anything, it’s just made us stronger,” said Teresa of her second wedding to Joe. They originally tied the knot back in 1999. “I wanted to show my girls that marriage is really important, as is being faithful to one another.”

The ceremony — for an undisclosed number of guests — was held at Oheka Castle, a Gold Coast mansion of Long Island’s North Shore, the same place ex-congressman Anthony Weiner and Huma Abedin were married.

When it comes to their sometimes rocky relationship, Teresa acknowledges while things have gotten “heated” between Joe and her in private, they always make certain to work through their problems… in bed. “We try not to go to bed angry,” she states. “We resolve fights in bed. He’ll come in and say, ‘I love you.’”

Teresa goes on to add that despite their legal troubles and financial woes, divorce is not on the table. “I don’t think divorce is an option, unless it’s over something horrible like cheating,” she confides. “Not every day is going to be peaches and cream.”

Teresa stated she wasn’t happy with the In Touch cover. She wrote on her facebook, “Not happy about the InTouch cover title & we got married in 1999, not 2000, but I love all the pictures. 8 pages! And a Jonas Bro. Crazy! And I love love loved my Pnina Tornai gown. xx.”

Best of luck to the happy couple, I’m sure when we all get to watch it all unfold next season on the Real Housewives of New Jersey we’ll all shed a tear just as we did for Vicki and Donn Gunvalson when they renewed their vows on the Real Housewives of Orange County.”

The couple’s four daughters — Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana — stood up for them at the wedding service, according to reports.
